Elmer Fudd B-day card

Hi everyone,

Two posts for today again. The first card I share with you is this birthday card I made this week for one of my colleagues. The sketch is based on this weeks “Freshly made sketches” challenge although I rotated it 180°. My colleague loves hunting and her favorite color is green, so this is what I came up with:

I printed Elmer Fudd (gave me some nice childhood memories… :) ) on very vanilla cardstock and colored him in with my copics. I also printed this little guy 2 times on pattern paper and paper pieced his clothing. I finished the little hunter by adding some shadows to his clothing so it would look more real…

I didn’t take a picture of the inside of the but of course I have put a birthday sentiment in there… We will be giving the card to my colleague next week. I hope she is gonna like it!

Baby birdies

Hi everyone,

I have these whole stack of baby themed pattern paper and I wanted to finally use it. Till now, I made two. I used this weeks stampin 411 and mojo monday sketch challenges. The stamps come from a lot of different stamp sets namely: happy together, punch bunch, ity bitty bits, season of friendship, and something to celebrate stamp sets from stampin’up. Hope to make some more baby cards soon, I’ll post them when I’m finished…

Hi stampers,

I am back for a paper player challenge this week. At first I found the recipe challenge quiet difficult, but I think I got it: 3 kinds of patterned paper, 2 kinds of ribbon, 1 punch and a bit of bling (difficult to see, but it is there!) … I used a sketch from “just us girls” and  a color combo from “Lily pad challenges“. This is what I came up with:
